52 pages of an annual catalogue packed with great value products for the avid fisherman.

That was the brief given to TS4 by Stapeley Angling Centre, along with cost effective design and print and a summer deadline to hit pre-booked catalogue insertion slots in carp fishing magazines.

Success was achieved with ‘the best catalogue we’ve ever done’ and reports so far claiming that response, feedback and order taking have been outstanding.

Saturday, March 1st, 2008 : European Fishing Tackle Trade Association

The London-based Association, which represents and supports more than 250 influential European-wide angling businesses, has used TheSource4 to create a new members ‘digi-mag’ - a paper-free magazine bringing up-to-date news from the world of fishing to its members and a new regular email broadcast ‘Newsline’ campaign to keep the rest of the fishing tackle worldwide trade up to date.

Some 11,500 angling companies around the world are receiving EFTTA Trade News and Newsline via a personalised email campaign powered by XMC.

Naidre Werner, publisher at TheSource4, said: “EFTTA is regarded extremely highly and wanted to improve its communication to its members and the worldwide trade, but without the expense of producing a paper magazine.

“In less than a month we were able to design, write, edit and produce a new digital magazine which was sent to more than 11,500 people on EFTTA’s behalf.”

“Opening rates for the emails are excellent - way above the industry average - giving us instant feedback on the effectiveness of the campaign.”
